Wellness Challenge Golf Outing

The 12th Annual Wellness Challenge is set for Monday, July 26 at Twin Orchard Country Club in Long Grove. Fee is $550 per golfer or $2,000 per foursome. Dinner only is $100 per person. Registration includes brunch with cocktails and beverages throughout the day; green fees with cart; and cocktail reception and dinner.

Players of all skill levels are welcome to participate in a Net Two-Best Ball event. Non-players are invited to join us late afternoon for cocktails, buffet, raffle and live auction.
The Day Includes:
- Brunch & beverages/cocktails
- Green fees and cart (soft spikes required)
- Player’s thank you gift
- Cocktail & evening buffet reception
Cost:
$550 Per golfer; $2,000 per foursome
$100 Cocktail & evening buffet reception only
$100 each/6 for $500 – Raffle Tickets (1st Place, $10,000; 2nd Place $2,500; 3rd Place $1,000 to be pulled at event)

11:30am – Shotgun Start
4:30 – 5:30pm – Cocktail Hour and Open Premium Bar
5:30 – Awards, Buffet, Live Auction and Raffle
