Dr. Patricia Mumby, RN, PhD, of Loyola’s Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center, points out that cancer’s silver lining isn’t an all-or-nothing phenomenon; you can be feeling the stress of cancer at the same time that you are able to find something positive. Even identifying a single small positive can be very empowering.
